The hotel offers a wonderful view of the Perfume river from the rooms that tend to get a bit hot in the afternoon, featuring a separate bedroom for the kids. The location is stunning, right in front of the river, ideal for tourists seeking a vibrant nightlife near the backpacker area. The service was mostly kind and accommodating, although there were some frustrating moments. The dining experience fell short of expectations while the facilities were satisfactory.
The hotel was not what we expected, being right at the end nearest the noisy road. The rooms were comfy and in a great location, although we would not have booked it if we knew about the noise.
The hotel offers spacious and comfortable rooms, but some were smelly and damp. The service is friendly but a bit disorganized for booking tours. The location is perfect for exploring the city but was unacceptable during a heatwave. Overall, a mixed experience with some highlights and drawbacks.
